I have not been boosting it because I do not feel that I should have to. It used to work much better for me I feel like, usually a wash would bring it all back, but this seems to not be the cast anymore. I just want it to last the advertised amount of time.

To clarify I only spot compounded some areas where a branch feel and left of some scratching. I said I did all that because I didn't want anyone getting all: "oh well you didn't fully clean the paint blah blah and decon blah blah blah"

I am a detailing nut, and I am very serious about keeping my cars paint scratch and swirl free. My issue has always been that my car is parked outside 24/7 therefore waxes are not really going to protect me or last (I also think wax is useless for everyday cars, shine comes from proper prep)...

I would recommend finishing with Menz SF4000. Guarantee it will look a lot better. M205 doesn't finish down well on Jet Black.

It was brand new. I went left to right, and then up and down. I did eventually apply a second coat.
