most of my products that require measuring i use pumps that are one ounce per pump....otherwise the squeeze bottles i use are from my old bartending days that dispense approx. 1/8 of an ounce per second so i just do my counting how i used to when i was a bartender :)

most use smaller 4inch pads...or you just have to work a smaller area at a time..curves are not a real big deal for ramdom orbitals....just work the area the same following the contours of whatever area you are working...

when car soap is put on in to heavy of a concentration it is much more dificult to wash off...kinda like dawn dish soap...ever put it on full strength straight on your hands and try you use it as hand soap? takes a while to rinse off...the auto dry soap is already pre-diluted in the bottle in...

i originally bought ONR and then got a sample of dp4-1 from fminus...i would go with 4-1 as they both perform the same..but dp4-1 smells better :) ...and its cheaper

the only thing about the low profile ones is they cut a little better on the pc as they are a little smaller and lighter than the traditional 6 inch lake country pads...

hey toto...quick 3m question for you again...do you like 3m perfect-it SMR or do you just use the rubbing compound and the ultrafina SE...also how does the 3000 line differ from the III line....

not recommended...it tends to leave a lot of haze...use megs plastx....works great and is pretty inexpensive...available on AG or you can go to your local walmart...

the edge pads are approved for use with the UDM...the pads are self centering because thats how they hook up to the adapter...

i have washed both lc and edge pads in my washing machine and have had no negative results...i just pretreat them by spraying them down with pad cleaner and give them a quick rinse to get 75 percent of the gunk off the pads...and i let the washer do the rest..i use normal cycle with micro...

actually...i ordered pdr tools off of ebay and include it in my service routine...i will admit i had many failed attempts...including trying to remove the dings on ltomans van...but i have gotten much better at it now...probably took about 6-7 cars to practice on to get it right...really not...
