I know how to wetsand, but I want to learn more because I know I'm not an expert there by any means. I only know how to do it by hand. Taught myself on my own car after getting it painted, done some spot wetsanding work for clients and on headlights as well.

Lets see a pic of that X5! what are your wash methods for keeping that black paint swirl free?

By hand first. If that doesn't work, slowly work your speed up by machine.

Car looked like a clean example until I saw the hubcaps removed and steelies dipped that crazy color, as well as the "jdm" badgesa be eyelids on an economy car. However, the clarity and depth restored to the paint is second to none.

Use them for hard to reach spots for buffing or for applying dressings like tire gel by cutting them up into small pieces!

Okay. So today marked the four month anniversary of applying. The tires had a satin/gloss look still, and they were dusty. This coating is great! I just did a strip and reapply. (Next time I won't be stripping! Ugh.) a They look great and I still have probably 3/4 of a bottle left after now...

Mine has been on since October 10! Nearly four months! Another question: have any of you used the carrand tire brush from the DP kit to apply the TW coating? If so, how were the results over the foam applicator.

I know it's been mentioned, but it slips me.... How do I go about reapplication? The coating is still going strong but has rubbed off on the edges from my low ride height. Do I just clean the existing coat? Or completely strip?

When at a customer's home, do you all roll up the hose neatly after you use it? Does it depend on how you found it? If you found it in a pile, will you leave it in a pile after finishing, or roll it up? I guess it also depends on the type of job, if you find yourself under bidding the job you...
