Is the Nanoskin medium and OPT heavy the same thing?

Is there one of those nanoskin-like towels or pads that is good for heavy duty contamination removal? I'm almost out of Meguiars Red clay. I recently purchased the OPT fine blue towel and I like it a lot more than clay!

I would kick it up a bit, 4" or 5.5" LC orange and some OPT Compound 2 or Hyper Compound- that said I HATE my PC for correction/polishing, makes my hands numb.

I find ONR mixed as a QD does A LOT for looks!
