Iron x you can use, but I would not use tar x or any tar remover because that could remove decals, even if you get a bit on it, not worth the risk.

I would go with car pro hydro2. Longer lasting results. And even more longer lasting would be reload, takes a little more time, but you can do an entire car in 15mins. If its a weekend car, you can expect up to 6-12 months. If not 3-5 months.

Going with powerful lights is always good, but what really makes the difference is that the reflector behind the light is white instead of silver. Try to get a white backing reflector and I promise you will thank me! =)
