IPhone 4 or Android (Verizon) Opinions Please

Hi Grambow, We went to the Droid Ultimate (or something relatively close to that name) five months ago and really enjoy the features. We can take pictures and post them to our Flickr account on the spot, which we do for our business, as well as bill clients right then too. I don't know how it...

vomit in the interior... how much extra and what precations do i take?

Be super careful cleaning any biohazard. We refer all calls we get on the matter to an outside company. Not worth the risks. If you do tackle it, you'll need enzyme based products to kill whatever is in there. Disposal of the matter is also a bit dicey, as most local governments have a...

Aztec Hot Rod Hot Water Carpet Extractor How-To + Review

Nick, Any idea of its durability? I read that it comes with a 3 year limited warranty, do you have more info into that? We've had the mytee lite II for three years now and it's close to sleeping with the dirt. It has not held up as well as my thousand dollars would have liked, and getting it...

    What else could go wrong

They often use air wrenches. Could it be one of the elements? Not as much of a pain to replace those.

Folex, what all can it be used on?

We've used Folex for years. It's effectiveness coupled with the price...we don't even look, or shop for another cleaner. As far as use goes, we will spot treat soiled areas with Folex before shampooing and extracting. As someone posted before, it works very well on headliners if applied to a...

    2004 VW R32 full correction

The blue shows nice on that car, good work! When taking half and half pictures, make sure you have the light over the corrected area also, couldn't make out how the finish really looked. Just the tape line and the unpolished paint. The sixth picture down shows a good correction line, but...

    polishing windows

+1 for what Upper-Class said, avoid products with any oils in them. A good claying followed with some Stoners is always a no-fail.

    Nervous

You're gonna need a bit more than that. APC...diluted, vacuum, vinyl cleaner and dressing, leather cleaner and conditioner...etc, etc, etc. The smell will not fully come out unless you clean everything properly, and still an ozonator will likely be needed. You'll want to test the Oxiclean...

    Mobile Van still in progress!

Hey Kris, The rigs looking good. Those .96 Home Depot bottles will last you a long time, longer than those expensive ones in our experience. We bought a few of them for the heavier chemicals and - the majority - broke within the first two jobs. Something to be said for the cheaper stuff. Chris

    My first head light restore

One of the easiest add-ons for any detail. If the headlights aren't done right, regardless of how the paint looks, the vehicle is always off. Nice job!

    Mobile Setup Help

We use a 5000 watt Husky generator (Subaru Engine) bought from Home Depot for about $800.00. It runs everything simultaneously without any problems. We use a 65 gallon water tank. More than enough for a detail. It will last us all day, frequently completing 2-3 details without a problem...

    Mobile detailing water pump??

For what it's worth, we do not use a water pump with our setup and have not had any issues since we set it up. However, we use a gas powered pressure washer, and I'm not sure what the differences between that and an electric one are.

    Show your mobile van setup!

Can't figure out the picture thing here. When I do I'll post those pictures. The plastic bin has since been replaced with a wooden cabinet I built six months ago. The plastic worked fine for a while, but eventually broke with all the manhandling we do. I customized the cabinet for the...
