Have you tried spraying the panel with water and see how the water reacts? That will definitely tell you if the coating is alive or dead. BUT! I totally agree with this one.

My 15A breaker will still trip even if I turned the 2 motors on individually. But this will happen after about 2-3 minutes. I had a new 20A breaker installed and haven't had any problems since.
