Tornado In Manhattan KS - Video

That is impressive photoshop work. Had I not seen the story on the news, I would not have believed it to be altered. On a side note, I'm pretty sure this pic is altered. :D

Tornado In Manhattan KS - Video

That is a cool pic. Unfortunately, it's been edited. According to the news stations in KC, it is a thunderstorm pic someone altered to look like a tornado. The power of photoshop!

    Black Nissan Paint Help

Initially, yes, but that left some major spider webs (my bad). I'm still finding the "ways that don't work" :D. Upon learning of my mistake, I used an orange pad with the 106ff for the major corrections, and then used the 106ff with a white pad on the entire vehicle. Heck, I even used the...

    Black Nissan Paint Help

Do you have any pics? :Picture: You mention that the car looks good for about a week. Do the swirls reappear after a week? I was in a similar situation with my car, and Rsurfer recommended Menz 106ff. I gave it a shot, and am sure glad I did. Out of curiosity, what LSP are you using? Remember

    3M Pet Care-Detailing the Dog

What, no LSP? You're going to need to reapply the wash after a week to keep the shine. BTW - Great use of the foam gun!!! :goodpost:

    car wash soap

I've seen some OTC waxes with carnauba. In particular, RainX has a product at Autozone called "Rain X / 20 oz. High Foaming with Carnauba Wash and Wax".

    Pinnacle Souv Solution

If I'm not mistaken, Speedstick is around $3 a "stick". Isn't that about the same price as an application of Fuzion? I should try it out on my wife's mini-van :)

Newbie Question - Black Car fixes?

I'm having this same issue (except on red). I've taken a look at the Lanka kit, but it doesn't appear to have a clear coat step. Is anyone familiar with a kit that would work as well but adds a step for clear coat? Those tiny white dots drive me crazy!

Tornado In Manhattan KS - Video

Those storms were fun. The KC news stations have been covering the Tornado in Manhattan quite extensively. My kids were on the verge of a nervous breakdown, and the weather man (person?) broke into normal TV only to show a developing tornado drop from the sky. Tonight, I'm hoping the kids...

    car wash soap

:goodpost: I've been thinking of this too. What are the notable differences between the different types of car wash soaps? I've always been under the impression that "Car Wash Soap is Car Wash Soap". I know some washes have wax infused, but outside of that, or using a 'detergent', the results...

    Ordering a Flex- What else?

:iagree:I definitely agree with the 106FF, but if you will only be working on the cars in your sig, and they are in decent shape, you may want to hold off on the SIP (just my opinion). The 106FF with a white pad, and again with a gray pad (yes, I tried it), will leave you extremely pleased! For...
