You can wax the car. For the seats I would use a good quality leather cleaner/conditioner, such as Meguiars Rich Leather Spray Cleaner/Conditoner.

I like Meguiars All Season Dressing or M40 Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner Conditoner, and also PB B&B.

It comes down to personal preference.
