awesome i have tons of 3800 left and cquartz, while i liked Cquartz i wanted something a little tougher higher quality if possible and i need to be able to apply it in 90+ degree temps

So awhile back i had asked some buff polish questions regarding an audi A7 and what combos of pads polishes work best for that paint since chemical guys stuff is garbage and did more harm than good on my audi, someone on here sent me over to menzerna 400 and sf3800 on green and white rupes pads...

I purchased a Rupes LHR15ES a little over a year ago used it for one paint correction and stored it in my garage cabinet, only to find that it would not work today for the 2nd use i was going to use it for, no start no anything on several different plugs, for 300$ i am pretty disappointed...

well crap.....guess i will see if the local dealer has any regular cquartz

It would be in my garage (shaded) but nothing gets much cooler than 90 here during the summer shopwise

Just looking for anyone who might have applied their Cquartz UK in hot and dry temps to see what techniques worked for them before i try and mess up here in ultra hot ass phoenix -Sam

So back to the original posting are we able to make a poll out of this??

sorry man garbage products i guess, i wish i could get a refund on this junk since i used the same technique for both products and it cost 100$ very dissapointing

I know, thank god for no more 4 step for me considering the car has been repainted on a few panels hood included it looks phenomenal now now i just need a better sealant than M-Seal and a really good wax for black paint

Update well as stated here I switched to menzerna heavy cut compound 400 on a green rupes pad followed by SF 3800 on a white rupes pad and sealant and no more haze car looks almost perfect now! Big thanks to everyone here who helped me out I really appreciate it!!!! -Sam C

wow! so much help here i appreciate all of everyones input here, looks like I'm going to have to do some test spots to see if i can bring the shine back even more, like i said the "haze" can only be seen in certain angles of sunlight and under very high luminance artificial light smh in normal...

I def agree on that one, one pad fell apart after one whole car I pretty much followed their instructions 1 pass slow to spread then 3 passes at max speed mid pressure till product became clear

As you can see within my picture I am getting this hazing effect after a 4 step polish using chem guys v series (all 4) and 4 pads with rupes 15 lhr not sure what stage needs more polishing to get rid of the haze? any help would be greatly appreciated!
