    Wheel Cleaning -- New Poll

I have had good results with Meguiar's Wheel Brightener and elbow grease, followed by Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish. Like everything else in detailing, the more frequently you clean em - the easier it is to keep em clean. I picked up an inexpensive lug-nut brush at my local car-parts store...

    considering a PC

I purchased the PC7424 last month when this forum was launched (used the new member discount to get 15% off), mine was the Pinnacle twins special with ASR and AFP. Can honestly tell you it was the best investment I've ever made in the detailing line. Results on my 01 Dodge are outstanding...

    Single Greatest Invention to Detailing

Great Poll Question. Really makes you stop and think, I don't think there's going to be a run away winner here. Ask yourself the question "What has made the biggest difference in my detailing results?"

    Mr. Clean Auto Dry System

My Son bought me one for Christmas, used it once or twice and was very dissapointed. Extremely low water pressure, Expensive Filter catridge, Harsh soap and still left straeks and spots after using all three recommended steps. Save your money and buy a good Waffle Weave MF towel.

BUG & TAR remover -paint chip repair......Help!

Have you tried good ole WD40? Every garage usually has at least one can lying around, and I've found it to be remarkably effiffient at removing road tar and oil marks. Don't see why it wouldn't work on bugs either? Let me know...

    Klasse All In One, Questions?

KAIO, Polish or Cleaner? Joe, you mention that you consider KAIO to be an excellent cleaner, but Klasse and the AG website refers to it as a polish. The situation I face is that my sweet sixteen year old daughter backed my truck out of the garage the other day while her helpful brother pressed...

    Klasse All In One, Questions?

I've just purchased my first bottle of Klasse All In One polish, largely because of it's popularity in the Forum Favorite kit. Everything I've read simply refers to hand application with a MF cloth. Was wondering if anyone out there has experience with machine application, specifically the...

    Detailing:Pleasure or Pain??

Pleasure For me, It's pure pleasure. I'm fortunate in that I work fo an organization that has a large and well equiped vehicle maintenance shop that takes care of about 60 vehicles. The shop has all the goodies and bells and whistles that make it a detailers paradise. Although I'm not a...

need advice on what to buy

Don't forget the glass Great recommendations so far, but no mention so far of the glass. Personnally I'd recommend Stoners Invisible Glass. Absolutely the best glass cleaner I've ever found. (Autogeek have it too ;) ).
