I think all appear to have same issue. Broken shaft. From few earlier pictures I saw looks like top of the shaft snapped off and it appears they were hardened and not drawn back. Just my 2 cents

From personal experience when you have a product made in Mexico you must use all available parts and machining in Mexico. Not much of quality control unless you bring your own people there to manage the facility.

The only thing that changed is NOW they are made in Mexico. Third unit posted in last wk or so with broken shaft.

If you have tire pressure sensors you need to reprogram each sensor to correspond to their position on the car or truck if you rotate.

I have 2007 Dts performance also black. I used ultimate compound followed up with ultimate Polish and topped it off with Colonite 845 for winter. That 7346 from Lowes did not work for me so I got G110V2. I also found out that what worked the best for me was Megs Microfiber system.

At least it's spinning,,I had to get rid of mine it was vibrating and barley spinning. Mine was PC 7346 from Lowes but from what understand it's same as yours.

Does not sound like it's spinning at all, just vibrating. Turn your speed up to 5. You need to get the pad to spin at.

What speed are you running?

Did you use the washer?

Workmanship quality not much difference.
