I like something more than a matte and just shy of a wet glossy look. I also think the less viscous the product, the better it will be to evenly spread on my tires.

I'm not really a fan of anything you have to spray, unless I had regular aluminum wheels or something. On larger aftermarket wheels, I feel like I spend too much time going back to wipe off overspray.

Does the Hyper Dressing come in anything less than a gallon? I'll also look at Opti-Bond and the Duragloss.

With an aerosol, I'm leery of getting overspray on my rims. They're 33" tires so it may use a lot of product as well.

I already placed my order for N-914, Sio2 Wash, and the coating. I read I should get a coating specific detailer or it could mess with the hydrophobic properties of the ceramic coating so I didn't get the High Gloss Detail Spray. But if Nick says I can use it on top of the coating, I'll get it...

I'm trying to keep the number of new products I have to buy to a minimum. I'm leaning toward just the N914 since it is multi use.

Should I get the high gloss detail spray or should I just use N914 at the rinseless ratio? I don't know if the detail spray will affect the hydrophobic properties of the coating or not.

Yep, I noticed that when looking at the products earlier. Even though it will be a new truck, I'm still going to polish it and get it as close to perfect as I can before applying the coating. You guys are selling me on McKee's 37! I'll just wait for a sale or promo code and put in my order.

I'm definitely contemplating the move to McKee's. I can probably get all the products I need for around $100 but I just need to justify leaving half full bottles of Griot's products on the shelf in my garage.
