I would try to do the right thing from this point on, and raise the price. Which is what a pro would do. Continuing on, and doing the car for less than what you deserve, is in some ways catastrophic to your growth as a pro detailer.

you could go to walmart or any other major retailer and get a 5-6hp shop vac there, they have the suction of about halve the vacuums they offer at most car washes. I use them for my personal vehicles and they perfect. They don't suck the carpet too much where you have to pull it off the carpet...
