2006 Toyota 4Runner | Single Stage White Restored With Megs D151

Great job. It sure came back to life. I hope to do the same with my Mom's 08 Camry soon. Same white color. Curious - what do you use to get behind the door handle?

Opticoat 2.0 discontinued, OptiCoat Pro sees price increase

I've never even used the stuff (considered it) but I just ordered 2! Interesting reading through all of the opinions and speculation in this thread.

    Mercedes Benz SLK

Looks great! I'm surprised that you got those results with the tangerine pad. I thought for sure you'd have to get more aggressive with the way that thing looked before! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Any precautiions with Iron X?

It is very safe. You don't need to worry. It seems like a never ending battle with the iron deposits on my fiance's new white Accord. I can see EVERYTHING on the paint and since it's parked outside 24/7 it gets a lot of crap on it.

    Best Detailing Tool EVER!

I couldn't agree more. I live in a beach city and our condo has a 1 car garage. However, since I have so many 'man tools' and misc stuff like camping gear, motorcycles, snowboards and so on, there is no room to park in there. And even if it was completely empty I wouldn't be able to fit my...

Should I had bought a Tornador instead of a Steamer for my mobile volume business?

It seems like if the Tornador had the functions of this sister tool, with it's ability to blow and suck, it would be ideal. http://www.autogeek.net/tornador-blastor-vacuum-attachment.html

Should I had bought a Tornador instead of a Steamer for my mobile volume business?

So I guess back to my question, as well as TurboToys... When you're blasting that carpet stain with the atomized solution, where is the dirt going?

Should I had bought a Tornador instead of a Steamer for my mobile volume business?

I'm also confused on how the Tornador works, even after watching their promotional videos. Surely it doesn't just blow air, right? Does it blow air out via the spinning nozzle, but the black cone surround is actually sucking up what has been dislodged? The videos are impressive, but if it...

The local car wash - evil or partner? Remember our drought

I'm pretty sure you're OK as long as you have a nozzle on the hose. It's the people who don't have nozzles on their hoses and leave it running the entire time that they're after.

    Applying LSP with DA

I had rotation issues before but found out my 16 gauge 50' extension cord was the culprit. Replaced it with a 12 gauge and it has much more power. So if you're using an extension cord, look into that.

    ANOTHER... Question about leather...

If the leather is already coated, what benefit do you get from a coating like the CQuartz?

    Blackfire GEP application speed

Sounds good. Would you recommend the white pad or the black? The paint may have some very minor scratches that I'd like to have the GEP help hide like it's supposed to, so I was undecided if I'd get more of that effect using white over black. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Blackfire GEP application speed

My apologies, I said application speed when I meant arm speed. 105/205 I use a slow arm speed and BFWD I use a faster arm speed. Where in there should my arm speed be for the BFGEP? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Blackfire GEP application speed

Hey guys! Long time reader, first time poster. My girlfriend recently purchased a white 2014 Honda Accord that is overall in great shape. Does not need any correction, just decontaminated and protected. I'm going to IronX the car (tons of iron spots!), clay it, and then do BFGEP followed up by...
