delivery charge for car in showroom??

Should I really have to pay the delivery to the dealership though when the car was already sitting there when I walked into the showroom? The only reason I took the car was because it was there and I didn't want to wait 2 months on one getting built. That's like walking into a shop and buying...

delivery charge for car in showroom??

Just looking over my paperwork for my car I bought last month and I have noticed a few things I am not happy with. 1 - they charged me a £200 acceptance fee which I was not informed of at all from the dealer he assured me everything was covered. 2 - I paid a 2200 pound deposit which reads...

Wolfgang Liquid Seal, tiny beads of water??

Hi guys I'm completely new to this and was wondering if millions of tiny little heads of water is normal? Any time I have seen bearing on a car it has been much much larger. I applied two coats of liquid seal yesterday and I must admit the look is great a very wet appearance and gives depth...

I don't mind if it washed off I'm just worried I am going to have a hell of a time trying to clean off whatever streaks it may have left. Tbh the weather report should have definitely been checked seeing as I live in Scotland, that was a rookie move but we live and learn, every day is a school...

Best product to use between washes??

Hi there, what do you all do in between washes? i ask because I hate when I'm back from a drive and small amounts of dirt and dust on the skirts and front lip of my car but don't see the justification in doing a full wash to clean it. Is there any products or methods for quick 5 minute cleaning...

    So many tire dressings!

Yeah seemed like a safe bet, I think first application will be undiluted to assess how it will turn out. How often do you gus re-dress your tires? and does it involve and complete scrub clean every time or could u just hit them with the pressure washer, allow to dry then coat them again?

    So many tire dressings!

Ended up just going for PERL, it was at the forefront of my list before I opened this thread anyways and I can't seem to find DP Tire Coat on any UK sites at all. Looking forward to seeing how it goes, only thing I now have to decide is how many coats? Seen really impressive results at three coats.

Does anybody know any UK sites that sell DP Tire coating?? Can't seem to find DP stuff at all on any UK sites or even eBay. Not entirely decided on what to go for yet but the added durability is a big plus. I wouldn't mind reapplying a tire dressing every couple of weeks at all it's just the...

    So many tire dressings!

Hi guys, trying to find a good tire dressing for my new slowly growing collection of detailing products. In an ideal world I would be looking for something that is very durable, produces no sling and has a wet glossy look. I have Continental 225/40 R18 tyres on my car at the moment so think a...

takeing my first steps, need help?

I was thinking about what to get for keeping the rims looking good but I seen in the spiel for the Wolfgang Liquid Seal that it also works well on wheels?? Would this be adequate or would I be better looking into a product along the Hydro2 lines? Was thinking of adding some Carpro PERL to the...

takeing my first steps, need help?

Just done some quick cleaning on the interior of my car, once it was clean I used 303 aerospace wipes for UV protection on all my vinyl and plastic pieces. Didn't realise there was a nice added benefit of satin finish to all the pieces. Also made everything look darker which I like, looks like a...

takeing my first steps, need help?

Yeah they can be pretty pricey with they'r options, the pano roof itself was like £900 so it's imperative to keep calm and not tick every box on the options list (luckily the Mrs was there to keep me in check) Really good car tho, fun to drive with the sport button engaged and it's not too bad...
