    Best Clay?

Another vote for Mother's, but I also used (Pinnacle) XMT yellow all last year. These are the only two I have experience with. I have some Pinnacle grey at home but have never used it. Between the Mother's and XMT, the XMT is a bit softer and easier to knead, but other than that, couldn't...

    DoDo Juice Stuff??

...and to get a little more specific; trying to see what would be accomplished and what the difference would be between the Blue Velvet Pro or the Purple Haze Pro. Learning the difference between the hard and soft may help with that. DoDo says put a layer of soft over the hard, but was...

    DoDo Juice Stuff??

Putting all the color benefits aside (that's fairly self explainable reading the descriptions), what's the basics between their hard and soft waxes? What's different? Why pick one over the other? Just some of the basics...thanks guys. Just trying to decide on which products to go with; one...

    Mother's Carnuba Cleaner Wax!!!!

IMO, another overlooked, underestimated product from Mother's! I always have a bottle on hand because it's been my go-to product for quick wheel clean ups and to use on other odd surfaces here and there that could use a clean and protection coat. Well, with the winter in full effect, I had to...

    Iron-X Should Be Iron-Rocks!!!

Dude...I hate to start a third thread on this subject, but just did the iron-x today to get rid of some pretty nasty iron/rust spots from a bad winter storm. This stuff took off spots and stuff that typically don't come off with clay for me! And took it off with zero elbow grease; just a...

Does Simple Green have a purpose??

The HD is not corrosive to aluminum as the standard green bottle is (or used to be; don't know if that's changed). I use the HD diluted pretty good as my tire cleaner and engine degreaser. Does an awesome job and after several years of this I've never had any ill effects from the...

Review: Mothers Professional Compound and Polish

I've had AWESOME results with Mother's Power Polish (off the shelf)!! It's been eluded to several times over the years in here that Mother's is a very underestimated product line most of the time. They have some great stuff.

    Iron-X on Floor Concerns?

Any concerns with getting iron-x on epoxy coated garage floor or concrete or anything like that...or any other basic concerns with using it?

    DoDo Juice...Recipe Recommendations??

Well, got a reply from DoDo...they recommend putting the hybrid down first (if you insist on layering different products) and put the diamond white on top!

Stupid Winter Roads....Spots Will Not Wash Off...What to Use??

Two other thoughts about iron spots and iron-x... How does iron-x affect driveway surfaces? Is it safe on epoxy coated garage floors? Do these iron spots affect every car/paint/color combo differently! Have never noticed the spots on my dark blue car.

    DoDo Juice...Recipe Recommendations??

I guess it's one of those things you can play with. Doing homework, I read on another post about putting the Supernatural on top to bring out the shine and the durability of the hybrid. But can see why you'd want the sealant portion on the surface. Any other opinions on doing either or over...

    DoDo Juice...Recipe Recommendations??

So it seems that DoDo Juice has its fan base just as strong as any other product and it's starting to get me intrigued. May give it a try this spring. Have only started to do a little homework on the brand, but curious if there's any recommendations for a perfectly corrected oxford white? I...

Would a bug & tar remover bring these off?

Stupid Winter Roads....Spots Will Not Wash Off...What to Use??

Can you get this in stores? Headed out of town and don't have time to order and would like to get it done.

Stupid Winter Roads....Spots Will Not Wash Off...What to Use??

I have no doubts in what you say about this stuff; had researched it a little bit, but do I have any other options that may be a little more wax friendly considering the time of year? Guess I could just throw on a coat of a AIO afterwards since (I assume) no type of correction or anything is...

Stupid Winter Roads....Spots Will Not Wash Off...What to Use??

Doesn't the Iron X strip all the wax off also? Was hoping to avoid that this time of year. What do you have to follow up with behind this stuff?

Stupid Winter Roads....Spots Will Not Wash Off...What to Use??

So whatever they use around here (St Louis) in the winter does not like the white paint on my truck. I go through this every year, but following the bad snow storm we had last weekend my truck is worse than in past seasons. I get these tiny little specks that look like rust! I can post some...

    Polising Out Matte/Satin Paint??

Yes, I've watched that video while doing my homework on the subject and I think you're missing the point of my question. I completely and fully understand you're telling me I CANNOT polish it becuase it will make it shiny...got that. However, my question is IF you DO polish it, what kind of...

    Polising Out Matte/Satin Paint??

So didn't know where to stick this subject...hope here is good! So with all the cars coming out with the matte/satin paints (BMW, Ducati, MB, etc) the popularity seems to be growing. I've been doing the homework on how to care for the paint, but got another question I searched for and...
