It last me maybe 2 - 3 weeks. But, my area is a major transport hub and we have A LOT of truck traffic. The diesel pollution eats finishes alive. So, you may get more.

    Bad. Very, very bad.

Yeah, I've been there too. I get the Mercedes and Ferrari but I'm still trying to figure out how the Porsche and Aston got in on it. What, they were all going for the same parking spot at 110mph?

    Tons of Dust

Yeah, I used to do it that way too. Then I found that spraying with dilute DP NR when I was cleaning helps get the pad VERY clean.

    Tons of Dust

I use TSR a lot and have never gotten heavy dusting. All polishes will dust if you work them too long, use too much or don't clean the pad. I spray the pad pretty heavily with a QD (diluted DP NR) and then hold against a terry cloth towel at speed 6. I don't think you're cleaning it much at 4...

    In major need of help

A lot of folks have tried the MF System and love it. Sadly, it came out right after I had ordered traditional foam pads so I'm waiting till I use those up. Be aware that Meg's does recommend the use of their backing plate, which they say makes the pads run cooler. Also be aware that the last...

+1. The stuff looks amazing and doesn't just bead; it creates "water marbles" :dblthumb2:! I just wish it lasted longer.

    The Good Stuff?!?!?!

I look at it this way: repeat business. I figure in a few weeks when the car is dull and lifeless, he'll want at least another wax. If not then, surely next spring.

    The Good Stuff?!?!?!

I used Meg's UC on an orange pad. If you work it correctly it will produce a nearly full polish finish. It's not quite as glossy as when you come back with a finishing polish, but most people can't tell. Especially when their car was a swirled and hairlined mess when you started. I just told...

    The Good Stuff?!?!?!

I would use a decent mitt and good quality wash (like Meg's Gold Class). Everything else would depend on what the customer wants and how they are prepared to take car of the finish you create. For example, my nephew has done a couple cars with me and now understands how to properly care for a...

Griot's Customer Service is 1st Class all the way!!!!

There are quite a few class act companies in the world. It's always nice to hear about another. Maybe the others will finally get a clue.

    Depressed!!!!!!

Be grateful. Cars are easily fixed, people less so. Many years ago my wife was in a bad accident and she lost a good bit of function in her legs. She can still walk, just not terribly well. There are worse things in life than a busted front clip.

    storing applicators

Porous material + humidity + no airflow = the perfect environment for mold. I store pads and applicators in a plastic chest of drawers my wife got at Wally World. Works great. If you want to use baggies, don't seal them.

    New Rim Care

I'd follow the recommendations on their FAQ page for cleaning their wheels: Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels. Then I'd coat with something safe for bare wheels by calling AG tech support and asking them. I'd probably ask Mike P too.

    Cloudy Clearcoat on Carbon Fiber

Wish I could help, brother, but no idea. What did you have the shop do? Is there someone in your area you can show it to?

    Another UPS "Damaged in Transit"

Why would I do that? The package never reached me. It's being returned to you (AG). Considering all the "damaged threads", if anyone should call UPS with a complaint it probably should be AG. Further, I don't choose the carrier, AG does.

    Got a new SUV:)

I did the same on my wife's Lexus. You shoulda seen the looks. I think it almost killed them not to touch it. Even asked "Are you sure you don't want us to vacuum it out?" Of course they got even with me. Wife took it in for the free oil change, they couldn't resist washing it even tho' I...

    Another UPS "Damaged in Transit"

Couldn't remember if the last order with liquid in it was taped or not. Your theory is some funny chit .
