    Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel

i have been using opti for the last couple years and it is pretty good, generally only lasts a few days but it gives me the exact amount of matte look I like. good product. me personally I don't like the fake wet shiny dressings, and like that it is water based and doesn't sling!

new pressure washer or new pump

just bought an Electric one, Sun Joe spx3000, should be delivered tomorrow, has 2030 PSI. got it for cleaning side walks, Siding, drive way, and of course semi regular car washes of three or four cars/trucks. figured for 188 and for light to medium cleaning choirs this would be plenty enough...

here a pics of the Pinnacle vs the cheapo china made ones off of amazon, can you tell which is which? in person they look almost alike but the pinnacle has a slight glistening. to the touch they fell pretty close to being same. edges are pretty much the same. if anything the Cheapo is slightly...

    The Best Winter Wax Is...

have used 476 last two years, stuff is awesome, used 845 before that and it was very good also. 476 is the best for longevity that I have used, when you go to do the spring detail in April it is still beading.

drying is an area that I haven't mastered just yet, going to try and work on my sheeting rinse come spring. I have some awesome waffle weaves and a metro dryer which I use for primarily wheels and grille. always trying to improve even after 4 years of learning the proper way from this site...

Great Product!! The Bend and Spray Water Nozzle

so is this good for sheeting at the end of a wash? was needing a new nozzle because the current one is getting pretty beat up. was looking at the standard fireman hose design but this sounds interesting.

How many of your neighbors are into car detailing

ZERO.....lady at the top of my street has a 5th gen Camaro and I think she washes it once a year, she asked me how I keep mine (I have a 2011 2SS) looking so good, I told her lots of planning, meticulous technique and a ton of reading from sites like autogeek. pretty sure she hasn't taken my...

    Tire dressing--not too shiny

optimum Opti-bond tire gel cut 50% with water in a small spray bottle, spray a little into a small paint brush and apply to one side and repeat again on the other side, once it dries it gives a nice matte natural look to the tire, darkening the rubber and not shiny at all.

Are Dry me Crazy drying towels good quality?

I have had the "dry me a River" towel for a few months and just started using it last week, must say it drys like crazy. I usually dab with an absorber towel then wipe with the Dry me crazy and it is damn good. the absorber gets the bulk of the heavy water off and the Dry me crazy takes the...
