I couldn't find the section in his book that specifically talks about the referrals but I think if I went with 10% off and a free exterior protection detail every 8 referrals ($65) value. That should be pretty decent.

Well from all the reading I have done I can tell you this. Look at the Meg's line for most of what you'll need product wise. It's cost effective and good quality products you can buy in 128oz to drop your price per oz.

I can't speak from experience but I have done alot of reading on steamers and for 120-180 the McCulloch and Wagner are pretty much identical and have nothing but great reviews.
