What wax is recommended to protect from,

I read his question and had no idea what he was asking. So I got high and still don't get it.

    Glaze and Sealant Layering Question

That's what I thought, thanks. Would there be any benefit or would it even work to: 1. Glaze 2. Sealant 3. Glaze 4. Wax

    Glaze and Sealant Layering Question

Sorry to bump this, but I'm now confused. I was under the impression the sealant goes on top of the glaze. But I was just reading some reviews of glazes and someone mentioned putting the glaze over the sealant because the sealant lasts longer.

I have Poorboy's White Diamond Glaze and Blackfire Wet Diamond Protectant. Would I have any layering issues using these two products together?

    Question about Sealants and Glaze

Maybe this is a dumb question as I'm relatively new to detailing. I understand compound, polish and wax, but I'm unclear about sealants and glaze. Are these used in conjunction with the other three. instead of or some combination? I think I understand sealants as they appear to be either...

    Meguiars Hot Rims Review

Thanks for the review and great pics. But it's my understanding you only should let the product sit for 30-45 seconds. Or am I thinking of a different Meguairs product?

    Wax For Silver?

Well, I couldn't make up my mind on a single product based off everyone's generous recommendations. So I ordered both Blackfire Wet Diamond and Collinite 845. Thanks to everyone for their input. Sounds like I should be set on was/sealant for a while.

    Wax For Silver?

The paint is just very, very hard. I've spent hours with compound and polish with very little result. Now, I'm hardly a professional and using an inexpensive DA, but I felt like it wasn't worth the effort. As a result I've resigned to simply washing, claying and waxing (and now perhaps...

    Wax For Silver?

My car is a VW Jetta. I'm open to either over the counter or online. I just have an arbitrary ceiling on how much to spend. Regarding BFWD, does it need to be layered or does a wax need to be used in conjunction? And no love for Meguiar's NXT 2.0? Thanks for all the input, everyone.

    Wax For Silver?

I understand the limitations of silver. Additionally, I'm also aware of my own limitations due to the car's age and how it's exposed all day long. I try to clay it once a year and have tried to do some paint correction with a DA polisher (with minimal results due to how hard the paint is)...

    Wax For Silver?

I have a metallic silver car. I've previously used both Mcguiar's Gold Class paste and liquid by hand. I've been pretty happy with both (but prefer the application of liquid). I'm looking to try something new. Currently contemplating between Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech 2.0 and Pinnacle...
