    Wax recommendations

I would choose the #915. Much better on darker cars. I use it on my Brilliant Black Jeep and much deeper shine than 476

    Question - salt on carpets

Toss the Mopar slush mats. They don't cover enough side area. Pick up some Rugged Ridge or Husky liners. I have the Rugged Ridge on my Jeep WK2 Overland. Love them. I had Weather tech in the past and was very unhappy with the fit.

    Review:Chemical Guys- MR. Pink

Good to know. I'm still using CWG but it seems no matter how little I use it removes wax much more quickly than others I have used. Maybe time to try Maxi suds II?

Internet videos of pouring water on a waxed car

...but dont they all sheet the water well after a wax? Mike I could see what you mentioned and in fact have removed the nozzle on my hose to sheet the water for ease of drying. What I think is funny is that many of them have zero dialog, just some dude with a flowery water can pouring side to...

Internet videos of pouring water on a waxed car

I have seen a ton of these videos using a hose or watering can pouring water on the hood on a recently waxed car. I have to chuckle each time. I have no idea what they prove. So I thought I would ask here...What am I missing?

my first experience with Collinite 476s and 915

Part of the ease (if it can be considered easy :) ) of removal of 915 is the MF bonnet over a pad. When I go that route I apply the wax to the entire car then remove with the MF bonnet over a more dense pad. I usually use 2 bonnets to remove the wax but I have used 1 in the past. Not ideal but...

my first experience with Collinite 476s and 915

I have never used 476 but have lots of experience with 915. My best results are to use it after what ever I use to prep the paint (polish, cleaner etc). I have never second coated or topped it with anything to reach the desired results. That includes the 6 months of protection. Thin is best, DA...

    Pick My Poison

I would NOT go with Collinite 915 after Blacklight. I have not had good luck with those two together but I love them both individually
