Are you sure they aren't rail dust? If so clay the vehicle, they can be everywhere. They look to be too large for rail dust but it is worth a shot before getting a new car repainted.

BTW, What is the best way to remove spidering like that in yellow paint? lol I always use raid for spiders, but make sure you reseal the finish after, and never smack them, it can cause chipping and sometimes dents!
