Wouldn't just removing the two light fixture from the top and installing on the bottom be easier and safer rather than removing the two bulbs? Or is it that you plan on getting an additional two bulbs?

Great results but check the math.

Spare brushes, wrench for backing removal and a allen key to adjust or remove the handle.

The rotary will almost always be faster,it's the experience to use it properly that takes time.

Poorboys professional polish doesn't have any abrasive in it so you may need a fishing polish.

Click the user cp then on the left click edit options. Then you'll see the default thread subscription mode. Set to do not subscribe.

I would guess that depends on how hard the paint is. As always start with the least aggressive first.
