I've used both the 105/601 and 111/601 combos and longevity has been about the same. If applying by hand, the 111 is way easier to work with because it spreads like butter compared to 105. It's very true that 111 is a close match to Zaino Z2 but the Z still wins in the durability department...

Yes, I'm impressed with both the TW trim and tire coat products and wondering if there's anything else like them available. I only have one bottle of the tire coat and two of the trim coat.

After 3 weeks, I'm really impressed with this product. Anything else out there like it????

Z2/ZFX, DG 111/601, DG 105/601, 845 and NXT. In that order. Z2 is still the most durable sealant I've tested by a good margin.

I never cleaned the sponge after initial use and did use it for the touch up yesterday. I think I read something about wetting the sponge when it drys out but I didn't do that.

Well, I curbed my front left on the way home from the cabin yesterday. Very easy to repair with a few quick swipes of the sponge and it blends in just fine.:)

I've done a lot of 1/2 and 1/2 tests on my cars over the years to see which sealants can make it through the winters. This last winter I did my hood in thirds with Z2/zfx, 845 and DG111/601.

Thanks Klasse. I might throw some 303 on after the next wash just to see what happens.

Has anyone tried top coating between applications of this stuff or is it just a waste of time??? Was thinking about hitting them with 303 or Natural Shine. Also, do the tires look really bad when the coating starts to deteriorate?

Just finishing up my first adventure with TW coatings. The trim coating is pretty easy to work with and looks great after 3 coats. I decided to remove the wheels to do the tire coating and I'm really glad I did cuz this stuff can be messy. After the tires were clean and dry I laid them flat...

I've been using a little Aqua wax as a final step for my inside glass for about 2 years now. No fogging problems here in Michigan and it smells nice.:) It really does help with linting and streaking.

I'll let the experts answer your product questions but I will say that I really miss having a white vehicle. To me, it was always the easiest color to keep looking good.

I just clay, sometimes polish and throw a coat of RainX on about once per month. Cheap and effective. When it comes to blades, Bosch Icons have always worked well for me.

I've been running Icons since around 2003 on all my vehicles. They changed the design a few years ago but they are still nice long lasting wipers. I know I've had some on longer then 2 years before replacing them. I just put some new Icons on my Ford Edge and they chattered for a couple days...

I was just checking 303's site for where to buy and they list NAPA and Gander Mountain but I'm sure it depends on the individual store to stock it. $30.00 at Gander and $17.00 at Napa. I think I'll try Napa!!:)

And is superior to Scotch by a mile.
