What is in Collinite that makes it so durable? Is it as durable as something like Duragloss 105 or Zaino Z-2? Is it a wax or sealent?

I don't think anything protects headlights better then covering them with that 3M clear vinyl film. I even coat the film with whatever sealent I'm using on the rest of the vehicle.

Those Pledge dust wipe sheets do a really good job of holding on to dust. I always keep a few in my truck and just pitch them when they get dirty. I use the dry ones that have a citrus scent.

Seems like one of the Nano coatings might work well to guard against scratches.

If I was to choose a product to apply in direct sunlight with extreme durability it would have to be Zaino Z2.

Thanks for all the replies! Sounds like my problems are only using one MF towel and sometimes cleaning in direct sunlight. I think my problems are solved!

I always think I've gotten mine clean until I drive toward the sun! I use good microfiber towels and Stoners. Maybe I just need to soak them down a little better before buffing cuz there always seems to be a little residue left that I end up pushing around.

How do most of you get your interior glass really clean and smudge/streak free?

I would guess a quick wipedown with DG Aquawax over the 601/105 may also have given you the results your looking for. I really like the AW for keeping that "just waxed" look going for a loooong time.
