Hello This is rear bumper from Golf MK4. It is after painiting. However the man who painted it didn't polished it very good. How I can polish this rounded part so the paint structure would be as rest of the bumper? Which product I should use? It is orange peel?

Hello This is paint or body defect ? I picked car from painting and noticed that this edge is not smooth.The white dots are rest of the polish paste. Also what is the way to fix edges like that ? I think this is from opening car and hitting wall or another car with edge of the door.
