    A new project involving sanding

    For Damp sanding i like to use 3M trizact has several grits upto 3000 grit. Works really well and uses uniform sanding particles so you dont get rids. Meg's also makes some good uni grit paper if you want to go that route.

    Putting my badges back

    if you are using 3M double sided tape smooth paint is perfect. Word of caution with that tape you only get one shot to get it right, that stuff adheres really quick and really well.

    removing water spots from glass

    If they are hard water spots you can try a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water or you can bust out the clay bar and go over the glass. The vinegar and water can remove the spots if they are newer but if they have been there a while it may not totally remove them.

    Strange Delivery

    I keep getting those as well. DP extreme foam car soap works great in the guns with about 3 oz. of soap. Please let me know how the hyper wash works in the gun. I plan on getting some optimum car wash to try out in mine.

    Diamondite Shield works well and makes cleaning the glass from bugs and other nasty stuff like road oil and stuff alot easier

    Foam Gun wash question

    The Foam gun is a huge time saver for me. I use it at my collision shop to speed up washes plus with all the bondo dust and so forth that settles on a car it makes it alot easier to wash with alot less chance of inducing scratches and or swirls.

    There was no hazing left by the orange pad and i would follow TSR up with the WG Finishing glaze then goto the DGPS.

    what do you use to remove tree sap

    I have used ONR as a QD on dried tree sap spray it on wait a few minutes and wipe it off. If it is a stubborn stop you may have to reapply.

    The PC 7336 is a Dual action sander/polisher. I agree Megs 105 is stronger and will cut quicker then TSR but in most cases 105 is overkill.

    TSR will correct heavy scratches and swirls with the right pad. I removed 3000 grit sanding scratches with a PC 7336 and an orange pad.
