CG makes a bunch of products that can be applied in the sun, so if shade is hard to come by, you might want to check them out

845's durability is great and the Souveran gives it a bit more depth. It's on a black car though, any lighter colors you might not notice it. I wouldn't be surprised if you get the same results doing 2 coats of OCW.
