To me, that statement is false. I usually dry cars that I have waxed in the past and I have never felt the wax go out with the chamois. Just make sure that it's clean, and off you can go. BTW, I have used it with NB, NR, OOS, OPS, DPS, #16 and OCW

Optimum polishes are mild compared to Menzerna, which has more bite to it. OPT is great for noobs, despite pro's use it a lot. Now, what I'm saying is based on OPT previous formulas. It is said that the newer versions have a little more cutting power.
