That's exactly what Duragloss 111 is like when I put it on too thick, and cool temps (40's F), and on a black metallic car like that. Looks like a coat of oil. If I let it sit for a while, then come back to it with a clean microfiber, it wipes off clean.

Thanks for the perspective. Pics of the pad just seemed overly dirty for my taste, but if it's effective, by all means carry on.

That's a lot of dirt on that white pad - You're just grinding that dirt into the paint. I would consider claying next time after a wash, and being meticulous about getting the paint clean before using any AIO or polish. I doubt the swirls you're putting into the paint will come out, even with HD...

SwirlX and UC will get through it, but nearly impossible by hand. If you're really frugal, the Harbor Freight Palm Polisher will work, with a terry cloth bonnet, it will just take a while. I think the HF Palm is $13 right now. Microfiber won't go through it.
