GG always emails a return label. I've never spent a dime to send them any polisher for any reason. I haven't used my G9 yet, but if it has any issue I'm not worried about them replacing it without a single question.

It's only something to do if the polisher stops working all of a sudden. It's something a lot of us found out many years ago and solves most of the issues instead of shipping it back under warranty. BTW be glad you have that lifetime warranty so you never need to worry about anything.
