It's just a start and I agree, your customer's satisfaction is your certificate. I do, however, would like to see this some day. Perhaps, between AG and the Vendors that some people can come to an agreement about "Acceptable Technique" and not so much the various products being used.

No disagreement there but I believe they're (all car washes) are just as bad. I often cringe when I see my neighbors washing their cars in the sun. Use the hose as if they're power washing a desk and other mistakes.

I detailed a 1999 Mustang today. The interior went well except for some of the plastic trim inside. I tried several products but it didn't come clean. Any suggestions on what to use? I thought about using a brush to agitate but didn't want to remove the paint from the plastic. Thanks in advance.
