Hello, I have have the same inserts but in chrome. I would definitely remove them at least once or twice a year. I have a coating on mine and dirt does get in there. I recognize your truck. Did you post it on the Tahoeyukon forum? If so, that would be a great place to ask as well. Lou

I mixed 3 1/2 ounces in a gallon of distilled water. One of my cars has poly wax and another has ultimate wax. Not only did the pray leave the paint incredibly slippery, it picked up every piece of dirt as well.

sorry but that is the best I could do for a picture. The fake would trim has the fine scratches. I used the ultimate polish with the lake county white pad. I used the hand held pad. I also have the 5 1/2 inch orange pad that I may try. I also have plastic x that I will try later.

I hope this comes through. I just tried ultimate polish and it didn't make a change.

Thank you for responding. Yes I did wash the car and sent a email to griots. There answer was that is was enough time the for the sealant to cure. I wanted to know other opinions. I want to make sure I'm not counter productive outing on another light coat.

Going back to one of the original questions. Will using uber, either as a wash or detailer, effect the sealant that is on the paint? I have Griots poly sealant on my truck now and would like to know if it is ok to use this on my truck or should I use Griots wash or the new one Nick is talking about?
