Can I vacuum sand more effectively?

Seems like it great option. I just picked up my ridgid a few months ago. It had good power and lifting capabilities but i have nothing to compare it too so im not sure on how well it works. Maybe if it craps the bed ill look into the PF51.

Can I vacuum sand more effectively?

Sadly its all one carpet inside. If i cant get good results, that may be an option.

Can I vacuum sand more effectively?

Ok so here’s the situation. My Eclipse has black interior carpets, currently full of sand from previous owner. I vacuumed them once in the time I’ve had it over the past month. I sat on just the driver foot well for around an hour and still didn’t scratch the surface of sand deposits. I know...

    Clean air vents

Theres alot of different ways that you can approach it. Normally i would use a steamer along with some long bristle brushes and a little apc. The steam gets deep into the vent and the apc with the brush does good for the outside parts. Scott from Dallas Paint Correction on youtube also showed...

    What is the best soap?

Look no further than CG Honeydew. Also it all depends on your water quality. "Hard Water" or high mineral content will reduce the amount of foam from a soap. IMO just get some small bottles of all the soaps recommended in this thread and see what works the best for you.

Bought a new pressure washer - need foam lance/gun

Going with any cheap one should be fine. If it doesn't give you good results, try a different orifice size for it.

Which bottles hold up the best?

HDPE bottles should offer adequate strength for heavy duty alkaline and acidic cleaners. I us Zep bottles and sprayers for my exterior products (ie. Wheel Brightener and Degreasers). I've had no problem with those.

Is $60 a good price for a wash and wax?

Thanks for the comprehensive reply lol. I agree that you should do a little more for the customer. Its easy to cut corners but you should put in the work and show your services are valuable. I will raise the price to around $85 due to the market i'm in. Thats a range where i still think i can...

Is $60 a good price for a wash and wax?

Your right, your right. I've researched some other prices in the area and i'm going to bump mine up. I'm still going to keep it lower than competitors to draw people in. I'm not really worried about the price as i'm doing this for a small side job. Thanks for the help!

Is $60 a good price for a wash and wax?

Ok so I’m starting up my small detailing business and I was wondering if $60 is a good price for a full wash and wax. This includes Wheels, Tire, wheel wells, 2 bucket hand wash and dry, then a carnauba paste wax. Sent from my iPhone using Autogeekonline mobile app

    Car Cover Dilemma...

Honestly, I would go with a car canopy. Try to look for one thats covered all the way around and strong. Good protection for driveway storage.

    MF Towels after wash

I use CG Microfiber wash with my towels. Something like Micro-Restore will work great too. I pre soak loads in a 5 gal bucket with warm water and some micro wash to loosen and dirt or contaminates. All towels washed on warm, regular speed, and extra rinse. After I place in the dry on low. They...

    Meguiars APC Problems

Might be associating the PH with harshness of the chemical. I know that the dilution of a product changes the PH but i'm also not sure why that would change it so much. Yea i can probably dilute the D101 to a near neutral state, but that would be like 128:1. Then it wouldn't clean. The PH...

    Meguiars APC Problems

Thats what i was thinking. But i also went over that area with the D101 and a brush several times, then followed up with a steamer. It seemed pretty clean but thats also a good thought.

Need a complete cost effective leather cleaning guide!

It seems that D181 is the way to go. Im going to follow the method of spraying on brush, brush into seat sections. After that ill mop up and inspect. if i have to ill follow with a steamer.
