    Chemical Guys vs. Blackfire?

Pepsi or Coke? Both companies make a variety of products. In some cases a particular type of product by CG may be better than BF and, for other products, the reverse. Also, CG may have a wider range of products, in general, than BF. I am not sure about that, though.

    Foam Gun - Question

I had the same question here a week or two ago. That is an alternate head if and when you don't want to foam but instead want to spread a chemical in a wide fan pattern. That said, I don't plan to take off the foaming lance.

    Detailing Mat

How much would you guys pay for a thin, rollable, vinyl, non-slip, ommercially sold driveway/garage mat which would reduce floor and ground stains from detailing?

How many times can you "Correct" your car?

+1 on the clear coat and maintenance comments. That said, my opinion is that corection 2 times per year is fine. I am somewhat of a rookie, so any contradiction to my statement above may very likely be spot on.

Short Take: Griot's Garage Foaming Finest Sprayer

I always 'foam spray' my wheels, wells and tires. The heads I am using at the moment are the Tolco ones, which seem to work pretty good.

Post your spray bottle of choice!

Fyi, I think that may be an SM Arnold Foaming Sprayer on a CG-labeled 32 oz. bottle. SM Arnold Foamer Trigger Sprayer, 3.5 ML/stroke (Yellow), SM Arnold 92-709

Removing Sealants and Glazes with 'Damp' MF

Thats' another spin I was trying to put on this. We talk (in these forums) about prming MF's and MF applicators so they absorb less product, right? Well, why not prime with QD rather than the product itself (which I presume costs more money in most cases)?

Do use a sealant on your windshield?

Good to know, thanks vm. I had seen a decent reiew posted elswhere some time back, but never heard much more chatter about it.

Do use a sealant on your windshield?

How long have you been using Power Lock and how do you like it on a scale from 1-10 (best = 10)? Any issues/shortcomings with it?

Removing Sealants and Glazes with 'Damp' MF

I am beginning to think the same way and may lightly hit any MF I use with either QD or water...for a gentler touch.

Removing Sealants and Glazes with 'Damp' MF

Does everyone use 'dry' microfiber cloths to wipe sealants and glazes after application, or do any of you 'dampen' the MFs with a few shots of QD spray? I read elsewhere that, after applying Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze, it is wise to first use a 'damp' MF (with QD spray), then follow with...

p21s wheel cleaner for engine bay?

I think that would be an expensive way to clean your engine (using P21S). Alternatively, I suggest getting Zep Heavy Duty Citrus Degreaser from Home Depot, diluting to your preference (based on the label), then using it under the hood. If you prefer the Meguiars route, try All Purpose...
