NEW! DP Paint, Wheel, & Glass Coatings + Coating Prep Polish!

Anyone at AG test the glass coating on the rear window of a hatchback or SUV during your test phase? I'm curious if it will help reduce the dust that inevitably builds up there due to the aerodynamics and near vertical position of the window. The glass sealants I've tried all helped a bit but...

    Review: Auto Finesse Tough Coat

Thanks for the review! It's not slick? I heard it was slick which is why I regretted going with Sonax Polymer Net Shield and not Tough Coat since I love slick feeling paint and wanted a fairly durable sealant for my truck. Net shield was no fun to apply or remove (sounds like Tough Coat has...

    Which glaze fills best?

One of these days I need to try Amigo, I keep hearing good things. Of the glazes I've used Glossworkz fills the best.

Well at least it's contained in the bag unlike poor Calendyr's order a few posts back that had one of his gallons all over everything in the box.

'13 ZR1 full correction, coating, and a follow-up touch up visit

Man I love those cars. Amazing work. That rub mark where he decided to just keep rubbing harder and harder instead of asking you for the proper method to address it reminds me of my friends mother who had a mark of some sort on her pearl white Audi that she couldn't get off so she used Soft...

The shipping was $29 via FedEx International Priority. It left the UK at 7am on 7/8 and got to me in NY the next day 7/9 at 9:45am so with getting it that fast I'm not complaining. The prices listed on the AF site as "without VAT" are the ones we in the USA pay since we're VAT exempt.

    CG confusion

Could it be the pad doing more of the cutting than the blacklight? I put it on my black wheels by hand with a typical yellow foam applicator and it hid some very faint marks nearly as well as CG Glossworkz glaze does. I haven't used it in any other way other than by hand and never removed it...

    CG confusion

Pretty sure blacklight is mostly glaze with a bit of sealant added thus why they say using V7 over it is a good combo so it boosts the sealant and longevity of it. I do know blacklight looks amazing when used on my black wheels and helps hide some of the real fine marks that are inevitable on a...

Direct from Auto Finesse in the UK since no USA dealers carry these cool things for some reason. Sian and James from Auto Finesse were both real nice to deal with and even tossed in a few freebies like extra air fresheners on top of the ones I ordered, a black edgeless microfiber towel and...

    Auto Finesse ObliTARate review...

I haven't used tarminator in quite a few years but from what I remember it's nearly as impressive but in aerosol form so you use more product if you're heavy fingered but it's also 1/2 the price. So for a pro needing a low cost good quality tar remover who can't upcharge customers to use pricer...

Interior spray detailer comparison, Auto Finesse, Adam's, 1Z Einszett...

I was contemplating doing an addition to it with 303 since I forgot I have a bottle of that too. Haven't used it in ages so it slipped my mind to compare it to these three when I did the comparision. I'll send you a PM, I might have something to trade you for some inner clean and I'll do a...

Now that AG sells Auto Finesse I guess I can post my interior quick detailer comparison I did a while back here since two out of three now sold by the geek ain't bad. :xyxthumbs: I'm new to detailing forums but not new to forums (been on many car and guitar forums for many years under the same...

Yeah the review was a bit of an after thought and by time I decided I should document it the bit of tar that I missed last time way in the back of the wheel well was long gone. I didn't expect it to be so effective to be honest. I've posted more in depth reviews on products with pics on other...
