Hello, Going to be installing these 2 rubber parts on my car which sit on top of my suspension (taking out my metal camber kit) Before putting them in I wanted to put something on them to give it a little extra protection since I will likely never touch them again for the life of the car...

Why dont you spray some water on it and make a video. Depending on how it beads/repels we will be able to tell if its been coated or not. I hope he fixes his mistake.

Yes Plasti dip will work. I used it on my old winter rims for 2 winters. on the 2nd winter it was peeling toward the end. The key is to do multiple layers to get it nice and thick (which I did not do) If its not thick enough it wont last. I would say 5 Layers, I think I did about 3 but was not...

Specifically for my mothers car she does not wash it unless I do it which is maybe 2-3 times a year so far :D What I was going to try is , Collinite 845 on half of the hood. Geyon CanCoat on the other side of the hood Then Collinite 915 on the rest of the car. Just need time to get it done...

Hello all, Wondering if anybody knows roughly how long does Collinite No. 915 Marque D'Elegance last? I know No. 845 lasts about 6 months and I think No. 476s Super Doublecoat is about a year. But not sure about No. 915? Thanks

I would like to see a review of how long this actually lasts. It says 6-8 months but it also says you should apply it regularly so it lasts longer and so on. Reload also says 6 months and it only lasts 1 month & I suspect this will be similar.

If you were close to me I could give you some lol. I may do half my mothers hood with cancoat & half with Collinte 845 and see how it lasts through the winter, if I remember to do so.

Same with the car I plan on applying 845 on. coating is over a year old, has not been maintained & winter is coming up. Did not even think about getting a putty knife or something similar to spread it on the pad of a DA. Oh well, I already ordered 845 and will put a spray nozzle to easily spray on the pad.

I would love to try one of their longer lasting waxs however because its a paste it would be a pain to apply with a DA which is what I want to do so I can do it quicker. Maybe I can melt it and put it in a bottle lol :D
