A top quality sealant will prevent those. Topping it with wax also helps alot I won't mention the brand of sealant I've used that stops them as you won't like it. One of those that starts with G andanother that starts with F. Same company makes them and are not polymer based.

Menz 106 is virtually dustless and breaks down slowly and has good burnishing power (don't like the word cut anymore) 91L can be very high dusting but DG PBA 601 stops that XMT #2 breaks down fairly slowly and has no dust
