Did I read your initial post correctly? You gave it two washes per year? Did that include any kind of paint protection such as a sealer, wax, or coating.

Most dusting threads deal with dust on the outside of the car. My problem is dust inside settling on the dash, seats, and armrests. When I do the interior, I vacuum first. Next, I use an APC to clean everything, then reapply Aerospace 303. Once done everything still has dust on it and I go nuts...

I had the same kind of bubble on the paint edge near my gas tank cap. Over a couple years every time it rained water would creep under the paint edge and eventually formed a big rust spot under the paint. Make sure someone good does the respray!

It is hard to catch them darn bees pooping on your car. Perhaps leave some tiny little newspapers on the hood. When they drop a deuce while relaxing with the paper, you have a chance of catching them.
