The most cost effective tire cleaner is a quality APC properly dilluted. I personally use Poorboy's APC (5:1 for dirty tires and wheel wells and 10:1 for lighter applications).

Full heartedly agree. I urge all of the NXT users to give Reflections a try. In my opinion it is superior to NXT in every single facet (ease of use, appearance, durability, slickness), except for NXT's swirl-hiding ability (which will only last a wash or two).
