Huge thanks to Mike Phillips & the rest of the Autogeek family

I just wanted to extend a HUGE thanks to everyone who contributed to getting my father's car in great shape. He's been spending so much time and effort working on it trying to get it show-ready, and the way his painter left it really pissed me off. Needless to say, after Thursday night, my dad...

    Pictures: Detailing Boot Camp Class - May 4th & 5th, 2013

It's hard to believe that it's the same car and wasn't re-painted. It was great to meet everyone who worked on the car and I consider myself fortunate to have a business like AutoGeek "in my backyard". Nice work by both the teacher and his students.

Alien clean...where to find and uses?

Correct - 3 parts water to 1 part OPC. Not sure about the Alien Clean, KC likes to put an "alien" spin on his detailing write-ups. :props:

By far the best protection for a boat?!?!?

925 can be used on decals without issue and I recommend it to prevent fading. Just be sure you apply it really thin (I'd probably hand wax these areas) so you don't get residue building up around the edges.

By far the best protection for a boat?!?!?

On gel coat, I'd use an orange pad with 920 and a gray finishing pad with 925.

By far the best protection for a boat?!?!?

FYI I noticed some of you guys are comparing 845/925 and 885/476.... 845 is the same stuff as 925, and 885 is the same as 476. 845 and 885 are more cost efficient and the only difference is the packaging. Collinite will even tell you this if you call them, and the MSDS sheets on their website...
