Heh, I know the feeling. I washed my truck a few weeks ago and it rained immediately after I parked it. Then, this past weekend, I washed it again and it rained a few hours later. I don't think I'll ever have a spotless black truck for more than a couple of hours.

I too started on a Flex 3401 and couldn't be happier! Yes, it's a bit more pricey and heavier but it's an absolutely fantastic tool.
