I think this is a matter of opinion. If you're just starting out and on a budget why not use the customer's water and electric? If you're remodeling your home and have a contractor doing it are you going to make them bring their own generator to power their tools? Unlikely. Of course they are...

From what I understand $2-$3 per car is the norm. Especially if it's a year long contract. How many times a month? And do you use their equipment or do you have a mobile setup with power and water?

Are they asking you to do them as they sit on the lot?

I just used Poorboy's Polish W/ Sealant on a white LC smart pad after using the Nanoskin sponge. The paint was in really good condition and I didn't have all day to work on it unfortunately. But it turned out better than expected.

I make it known up front that I will need a water source and electrical before I do work so they know. From what I understand most people don't mind.
