In all honesty, you could use the mop just make sure you dont let the metal or wood touch the paint. It will most likely cause swirls but its the roof of an SUV no one besides you will know they are up there. I'd polish the roof when your back is better and the doc says you can get on a ladder...

Alright so I'm working on my 1994 Wellcraft Nova Spyder. I tried compounding it with some starbrite PTEF polish and a compounding foam pad. The gelcoat is coming out shiny and has reflection just not enough for me. Is a wool pad a must when compounding gelcoat? Any help is appreciated

I have never used their leather sealant but, i have used their paint coating and a few of their other products an they were amazing. Did everything the label said it would. maybe someone with experience on this particular product will chime in!
