Did you use an extension cord? Make sure the gauge is correct. I use a 50' 12 Gauge and it makes my PC run cooler. At first I had it running through an electrical Y Adapter and it got super hot and destroyed a white polishing pad. Another good pointer is to make a few vertical sharpie...

Don't apply direct pressure. I don't remember what PSI I have used but I keep the nozzle a couple of feet away. I rinse, foam bath, rinse, wash 2 bucket method, rinse, and smile :)

I use Chemical Guys Top Coat Sealant + Wax. Does an awesome job protecting.
