Google+ pages, add us to your circles!

It is kind of a pain, but go to your Google+ page in a browser where you are not logged in to Google. You should be able to copy the URL when you are on your "About" page of Google+. Added you to my circles. I had to fix your URL to: https://plus.google.com/u/0/105970980918091307478/about...

Google+ pages, add us to your circles!

Thanks! It is similar to Facebook. You have "Circles" instead of "Friends" and you can have multiple circles. Your content/posts can be targeted at specific circles or just public, etc. For your business, fill it out with your information and location and things, just like you would a...

Google+ pages, add us to your circles!

I did not see a thread like this, so here goes. Website & Prices overview

Looks like a great start to me, lots of good suggestions too. I agree with the big image on the front page, change it up to be smaller or put something else in there (like a special offer? web discount?). On my laptop in my browser, all I see is a giant image and nothing else. I would make the...

2014 Black Mercedes-Benz E350 detailed by Mike Phillips

Looks fantastic as usual. Pretty wild that you had to use all 4 Rupes pads/polishes to get the hood where you wanted it.

    Needing some advice.

I'll try to answer the areas that I have experience in, here goes: - Not sure on the LLC in Texas, check with the city you live in? - According to my insurance company, my normal "mobile" policy (liability, garage keepers, etc) is fine for when I work out of a shop. - Not sure on Texas water...

What do mobile detailers do in the winter?

Good idea with the gloves. I also work outside as long as it is 35+ and sunny, or not windy. I have an arrangement with a performance shop as well, where I can rent space for longer jobs when needed. Justin

Facebook users start "like"ing our pages

I went back in time ~10 pages or so when I subscribed to the thread and "liked" pages. Once subscribed I just try to keep on top of all the new pages and like them as well as the regular "liker's" :) I also copied a big list from another member not too long ago, might be good to update that...

    Rupes 21 & Flex 3401 Comparison + Detailer's Paint Coating

Nice write up on these tools and cool car! Mike, have you had to use the Rupes blue coarse pad as of yet? I ordered myself a Rupes 21 earlier this week and will be using my LC orange/white/black flat pads for the most part. But, I also picked a small stack of blue Rupes 6" pads for extreme cases.

How many microfiber polishing cloths do I need to detail my car?

I don't separate types of towels, but I do separate them by "clean" or "dirty". I only wash my exterior clean towels together (ones clean enough for paint only) and then do a separate wash of my dirty towels (ones used for cleaning wheels, jambs, etc). Have not had problems with bleeding before...
