Normal wash with hose = Hydro2. Done.

The steamer will work well for the cup holders and that gunk. Just watch out for the more delicate surfaces, steering wheels and such. Don't direct the steam in one spot for too long and don't use it on any leather or similar surface that is already compromised. Of course also watch out for...
