    Pads and Speed

Bonnet? Bonnet! Damn, I knew I forgot something in that order! Back on topic - So the LC orange pad is more or less "aggressive" than the CCS orange? And do you know of a chart for the CCS pads?

    Pads and Speed

Need some help from all the knowledgeable people in here. I got my PC earlier this week (was finally able to afford it, nothing wrong with AG) along with a few orange pads (CCS I believe). I also found in here a "pad chart" with LG pads in an "aggression scale". One question is - Are the pads...

Thanks for the info - sounds better than 2 cycle gas.

    Fabric Guard - Plus??

I use 303 High Tech Fabric Guardon my Eclipse top and it works great. The water beads up and rolls off with no problem (unless it's a normal S Fl downpour, that's a test for any water repellent). My question is- Do they make any with a cat repellent in it? (yes, you read it right.) There are...

    Oxo Feathertip Brush

I got this just last week as I wanted to get away from the stiff brush I had been using. My question now is - What can I use to "pluck" the feathers off my top? I tried using a solid water stream from the hose and that didn't work. Just thought of using a lint roller, maybe that would work...

    Convertible top gaskets

If that's the same as the protectant I use on my fabric top, then I'll try it. Thanks for the help.

    Convertible top gaskets

I have an '03 Eclipse Spyder convertible. I use 303 on the top itself (water beads great unless we get a real downpour here in S. Fl.). My Question is - What is the best or at least the most appropriate cleaner/sealer/whatever to use on the gasket material around the edges to keep them from...

    Slightly off subject

Guess I should have said before - it's an '03 Eclipse Spyder - the front turn sig is all one unit. one screw holds it to the body. the only part that comes off is the bulb housing. that gasket seems tight (must be it's hard to twist off).

Excuse me, all. These are all good suggestions, but for one thing. It's my turn signal, not my headlight.

    Slightly off subject

My question doesn't really pertain to cleaning or waxing, but it would be considered car care. I have a turn signal that keeps building condensation up inside it. I've cleaned/dried it out but it keeps coming back. I can see no cracks in the lens or backplate and the gasket around the bulb...

    Waterlogged rag top

!$%@#$, Still out to that Fethertip Brush. Tried to get that when I ordered the kit. The only brush I have is too stiff for the top, I use it on the tires. Would a green scrubbing pad be to hard on the top??

    Waterlogged rag top

Need some info here. I have an '03 Eclipse Spyder w/a black convertible top. I've had it less than a year, so I don't know how well the top was cared for prior to this. I got a 303 fabric top kit (it actally arrived just as I finished waxing the car). Following the directions, I sprayed the top...

    Another Newbie here

First post here in Autogeek. I found this site doing a search for the proper care of a convertible top. While the previous owner took good care of the car (2003 Eclipse Spyder Dark gray), he must have kept the top down most of the time. It was clean, but every time it rained, it looked like it...
