Detailing lesson to be learned here?

Even Max pits to change tires. Does it not ever rain by him, how is he not sliding all over?

    The Tire Dressing Comparison Thread

I've had that TRC Ultra brush in and out of so many online shopping carts for so long . . . this kinda tips me over to checking out with one next spree. Effectively covering the 33" KO2's is challenging so for $20 I'll give it a whirl.

I'll help anyone with their exterior but when it comes to the interior they are on their own. I won't clean someone else's auto interior anymore than I'd clean their bathroom.

    what's your weather currently like?

Well it rained, so maybe that "washed" the wildfire smoke out of the air? AQI is a little better but I stayed inside again. I'm used to looking at the fog and thinking "well once that burns off and the sun comes through . . . " but I don't think smoke *burns* off, LOL.

    what's your weather currently like?

FINALLY warmed up . . . but AQI sucks and skies are all gloomy from Canadian wildfires.

What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

"Dad, you taught me well and I thank you for that. So I know, more than anyone, you'll understand why I have to slap a contractor's lien on you!" :ROFLMAO:

Damn, ~£50 in the 1950's is some serious scratch for a lawnmower.

2025 May FuelFed Winnetka C&C...lots of pics!

No, as delivered from the factory there are covers. A number of bikes "back then" that used belts saw their owners remove or alter belt covers to reveal that they had . . . belts! Guys that did chain to belt conversions on big twins would run with no or heavily vented and stylized custom...

    Aussie Muscle!

Wow, that looks fun, like the 60's-70's Mopar palette applied to an interior. So much better than today's any color you want as long as it's black . . . presumably to better match one of the 5+ available grey paint options.

While I've never been big on white there's certain combo's I dig, first that comes to mind would be a 60's Eldo ragtop, white with white top and red leather interior; would whitewalls be too much? I'm pretty sure the answer is NO. 😁

Well that particular F12 was kind of an odd bird. What that awful cellphone pic doesn't reveal, and the actual reason I was shooting it that day, was that car had a flat tire. For a month or more, never moved - and that spot is just a hole with walls on both sides, LOL, so the tire can't be...

2022 Corvette Stingray Convertible - Elkhart Lake Blue - CQUARTZ Finest Reserve ceramic coating - 🌴 A Miracle Detailing

Wow, I'm not normally that much of a "wheel guy" and that kind of blue is really my jam but what jumps out at me . . . are those wheels! Those things are just lit up, hope that coating helps the owner keep them looking that way for a good while. Nice work.

That looks like a darker version of the "yarn-beard" a friend of mine often wears when he's out and about (he's in advertising so, you know . . . ).

You might like this F12 Berlinetta that used to park a couple spaces over from me. Terrible awful phonecam shot while walking.

Love that Lotus; also reminds me how awful Illinois' front plate law is on sports cars.

Bummer, hope it ends up being easy to contain/fix. There's things about owning a house that I miss but that kind of crap is not among them.

Try and find a toaster that actually *toasts*, costs a reasonable amount and will last more than a year. I'd kill for that old toaster my Dad used to periodically rebuild every decade or so. They literally don't make them like that any more.

Needs a lift kit. And lights. Lots and lots of lights.
